We’re a father-daughter team with a shared love for movement, design, and of course, a good pair of socks. I’m Alecia, a Pilates instructor with a deep passion for helping people feel strong, balanced, and confident in their practice. And then there’s Ian—my dad, the entrepreneurial genius who's spent his life building successful businesses. Now, he’s helping me bring my dream of the perfect Pilates grip sock to life!
